Job Description

Due to continued success we are looking to recruit an Administrator to join us in our Bolton/Horwich office.

Job Overview

Data entry – dealing with court orders, entering the information and dates from court orders into an internal database for fee earners / solicitors

Roles & Responsibilities

  • using various computer systems/databases to input important information and dates from court orders, generating letters and other correspondence to courts and clients.
  • liaising with transport regarding court trial dates.
  • paying court hearing fee’s.
  • attention to detail and accuracy key to the role

Experience Required

Previous administration experience required

Qualifications/Education

  • English and Maths GCSE’s

Salary: Dependent upon experience

Typical office working hours are 9am-5pm Monday-Friday.
