ROLE DESCRIPTION:  Legal Services Advisor

REPORTING:               Reports to the Group Head of Marketing

OVERALL PURPOSE:  The jobholder will be responsible for the first response for new business enquiries and on-boarding new clients.



  1. Provide the first response service to new and existing clients through answering inbound calls and responding to online enquiries;
  2. Make outbound calls to new enquiries generated across multiple marketing platforms;
  3. Provide support to Legal Teams in relation to vetting of enquiries, requests for information and on-boarding of new clients;
  4. Work with the CRM system to manage cases and ensure a high degree of accuracy regarding client data;
  5. Follow all processes / procedures and actively feedback to the Group Head of Marketing any necessary changes to enhance the client experience;
  6. Think “Client First” to deliver a market-leading customer experience;
  7. Ensure all firmwide data protection procedures are followed to guarantee client data is secure at all times.

Knowledge, experience and skills:

  • Minimum 12 months’ experience in client services
  • Telephony / call centre experience
  • Good communication skills and an active listener
  • Customer centric with a “can-do” manner
  • Touch-typist ideal, but not essential
  • High level of accuracy with a keen attention to detail
