Bond Turner are one of the North West’s leading Legal practices, specialising in Personal Injury, Defamation, Clinical Negligence, Professional Negligence, and Abuse.


We are currently recruiting for a First Response Legal Assistant to join our fantastic First Response team in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the work they do, the service they provide and getting the best results for their clients.


We are looking for good, experienced customer service representatives or call handlers to come in and act as a first point of contact to new calls coming into the business.


We are looking for someone who is positive, energetic and enthusiastic, a problem solver and someone who can work as part of a tight team and using their own initiative.  You will be responsible for acting in an incredibly courteous and professional manner to create and deliver a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities to include:

  • Act as a first point of contact to clients.
  • Obtain clients details, checking eligibility or a claim
  • Carrying our full identification checks
  • You will be responsible for ensuring the claims is processed in a swift and efficient manner by chasing relevant documentation
  • You will support a team of Fee Earners and Solicitors

  • Computer literate in Excel and Microsoft

  • Letter writing skills
