We delighted to be in the position to recruit for additional file handlers, including qualified solicitors to join our thriving Complex Injury team based in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the work they do, the service they provide and getting the best results for their clients.

You will be working within a passionate team that deals with complex injuries including litigated cases – mostly motorbike related – undertaking progression and settlement of the files on behalf of clients both pre and post issue with the support of junior members of the team.

This role would suit a fee earner or qualified solicitor with experience in handling complex fast track RTA personal injury claims including a litigated caseload and has a wish to progress into dealing with complex intermediate and multi-track work.

About You:

• Must be familiar with Proclaim
• IT literate
• Litigation experience is essential
• Comfortable running own files under some supervision
• Experience with credit hire would be an advantage but not essential
