We are looking to recruit a fee earner who will be based in our wonderful personal Injury and credit hire team in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the work they do, the service they provide and getting the best results for their clients.

Due to development and expansion, we are looking to appoint an experienced fee earner with extensive knowledge of dealing with cases in which liability is in dispute. Including full knowledge of all supporting case law.  Ther role will predominantly provide support to the personal injury and credit hire team and deal specifically with those claims in which liability disputes have arisen. The role will provide support/guidance to the team to assist in resolving liability disputes in road traffic accident claims with the primary aim to push the claim to settlement. The role will ensure the smooth running of the department and ensuring the team are providing the best service to clients.

Responsibilities.

• Support, develop and motivate the team;
• Ensuring that a high-level quality of service is provided at all times;

• Ability to work to deadlines/targets and to prioritise a varied caseload.

About you

• Ability to positively motivate and support team members;
• Clear, focused and determined approach to problem solving;
• Effective communicator at all levels of the business;
• Experience within personal injury & credit hire;
• Experience of dealing with liability disputes and supporting case law;
• Experience of negotiating claims through to settlement – pre-ligation;
• Ability to provide a high level of client care;
• Previous experience in personal Injury and credit hire; and
• Previous experience in dealing with road traffic accident claims.
