We are currently recruiting for a Personal Injury Fee Earner to join our Personal Injury department in our Liverpool office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the work they do, the service they provide and getting the best results for their clients.

This particular role requires an individual with experience of running a caseload of pre-litigation personal injury files up to a value of £25,000.00 with the possibility of litigated exposure, depending on performance.

You wilk be working individually with a high attention to detail but also as part of a team. The team caseloads are currently broken down between liability admitted and disputed cases.

Responsibilities to include:

• General call queries/answering the team loop (Claimant and Third Party)
• Instructing medical experts and reviewing medical evidence
• Reviewing Claimant’s losses and vehicle related Losses
• Assessing liability and prospects of the case
• Drafting witness statements on behalf of the Claimant
• Attending Conferences with Counsel

About You:

• A dedicated personable individual with a good work ethic who is keen to progress and contribute to the team.
• Previous experience with personal injury claims essential
• This role would be ideal for somebody with MOJ Portal or OIC experience
• Knowledge of disputed cases advantageous
• Knowledge of Proclaim advantageous
• Good organisational skills
• An ability to be able to prioritise work
• An ability to work to deadlines and the demands of the team
• An ability to work in a fast-paced demanding environment
