We are currently recruiting for an experienced Pre-Litigation Fee Earner to join our personal injury  RTA department in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the work they do, the service they provide and getting the best results for their clients.

We are looking to further expand our personal injury pre-litigation department in Liverpool with experienced Fee Earners who will come in and deal with the day to day caseload of injury and special damage claims. You will deal with the claims from inception to issue of proceedings. This role will involve working alongside high value teams and provide exposure into that area.

Responsibilities to include:

• Manage a caseload of Injury and special damage claims.
• Gather evidence in support of our client’s losses, and ready the file for issue as soon as possible.
• Loss of earnings calculations from wage slips and tax returns
• Gather medical evidence including review of medical records where necessary.
• Dealing with third party insurance companies off the portal.
• Dealing with complex special damage claims.
• Updating clients and ensuring good strong professional relationships are built

About You:

• Previous pre litigation experience required.
• Target driven whilst maintaining exceptional client care.
• Confident when working to targets
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of MIB claims an advantage but not essential
• Ability to provide a high level of client care.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively, as part of a team and using one’s own initiative.
