Bond Turner Introduces Four New Training Positions
Bond Turner is pleased to roll out four new training positions across its legal departments to support its workforce in their professional development.
The firm’s continued investment into ongoing training will enable staff members to gain the required qualifications to achieve solicitor status, with the four successful candidates beginning their contracts in September 2022. The training positions encompass the traditional training contract and the newer route via qualifying work experience and exam, but both consist of a two-year training period, recognised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA).
Bond Turner would like to congratulate the successful candidates, Samuel Johnson, Sarm Aghahoseini, Arash Zaredar and Lachezar Stefanov, who were selected based on evidence of their exceptional performance while at the firm, as well as for their commitment and alignment to Bond Turner’s values.
Solicitor and Training Principal at Bond Turner, Sara Stanger, said: “At Bond Turner, we are passionate about educating and nurturing the skills of our next generation lawyers. As well as supporting early careers professionals in roles across our legal teams, we are keen to develop those individuals so they can advance and flourish here long term. We do this by giving them the tools, knowledge, and the confidence that they need to progress professionally within Bond Turner.
"We are delighted to offer four training positions to four deserving staff members that have continually demonstrated exceptional performance and discipline. Following a submission, supported by their team leaders, alongside an assessment day and panel interview, successful candidates will begin their roles in September. We are dedicated to helping our rising stars in furthering their careers, not only to strengthen our workforce but as part of our duty as an employer. We aim to support our staff in their professional endeavours, enabling them to reach their full potential."
